Well-run and great value place with especially helpful employees except that Greek receptionists lady. Comfy beds in our twin room. A lot of supplies in the room: a private safe, central heating, and an ironing set. Perfect location for Jerusalem, adjacent to many shops, the beautiful Old City of Jerusalem, and the square behind the Jaffa Gate.

Every time we stay in Jerusalem, we like to stay here. This hotel is lovely, old, and quiet with very supportive employees. - the location is incredibly comfortable, 1 mile from an ancient limestone wall. - It's in a very adequate area, so close to the Gloria for three nights as part of a pilgrimage. - the Holy Sepulchre church, Western Wall, and the square behind the Jaffa Gate are bonuses.

Was a really enjoyable stay, I loved this place!
The rooms were brand-new and air-conditioned with an ironing set, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making equipment. Free Wi-Fi was stable and the service was very good.

The location here was just perfect - only a 10-minute stroll to the charming Old City! 🚶 The breakfast spread was impressive, great for a light bite or a pre-dinner snack - and boy, there was plenty to choose from!

The units are modern, compact with a good sized bathroom. The location is excellent, and the area is really quiet right next to restaurants and bars. There is Bassem's Gallery & Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.
